Refund Policy
At Brazen, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

1. Returns Approval

All returns must be approved by Brazen before being sent back.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@brazenbra.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

We will confirm if your return is eligible and provide instructions for sending it back.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund:

Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in a clean condition.

The tamper-proof label must remain intact. Returns with the label removed or broken cannot be accepted.

Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
3. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.
4. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for a different size, colour, or style (subject to stock availability).

Items must be returned in the same condition as above: clean, unworn, and with the tamper-proof label intact.

If the requested item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@brazenbra.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
6. How to Return
Once your return has been approved, you will be given instructions on where to send your item. Please ensure your parcel is securely packaged and keep proof of postage.
