• All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked service.

• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow its journey to your door.

• Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

• Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Delivery Times

• Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2 working days.

• Please allow up to 5 working days during busy periods (such as launches, promotions, or holidays).

4. Shipping Costs

• Shipping is charged at checkout and will be displayed before you confirm your order.

• From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our newsletter and social media for updates.

5. Delivery Areas

• We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

• Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

6. Missing or Delayed Deliveries
